Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and
public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your
order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch via Pos Laju / J&T / DHL
eCommerce, depending on destination.
West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
3–7 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via DHL
Express or equivalent tracked courier.
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days from dispatch, depending
on destination and customs clearance.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including
VAT/GST), which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
HUST has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email
with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HUST is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to
your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes,
etc.).
Damages
HUST is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hello@hust.world to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and
damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not
receive it, please check with neighbours, your local post office, and the carrier first. If still unresolved
within 7 days, contact us at hello@hust.world and we will assist with a
carrier investigation.
International Returns
Please refer to our Refund
Policy for return instructions. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the
customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
