Shipping Policy
Shipping within Malaysia
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders above RM 200. Orders below RM 200 are charged a flat rate of RM 10.
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days (additional RM 15)
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Southeast Asia: 4–7 business days
- Asia Pacific: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world: 8–15 business days
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM MYT on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track orders through your account dashboard.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@hust.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
