Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

How to return

  1. Email support@hust.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send a prepaid return label (for Malaysia orders) or return instructions (international)
  3. Pack the item in original packaging if possible
  4. Drop off at any pickup point or schedule a pickup

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email support@hust.com within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
